Session hijacking could put personal details at risk | Google has been asked to explain why it is not making its Gmail e-mail service more secure. The 2nd Digitec Business Forum was a huge success; it was bigger, had more buzz and created more business opportunities for participants than the previous one. This year’s Digitec Business Forum had 26 exhibitors compared to 17 last year, and approximately 1,500 visitors compared to 1,200 last year. More importantly, the visitors who came were from business and government and were excited to learn about how ICT can help their organization become more competitive. CAPS has been an important part of the success of Digitec, it came up with original design of the business forum and specific product recommendations, it supported four innovative entrepreneurs at the CAPS booth and supported specific round tables regarding technology for the tourism and pharmaceutical sectors. CAPS also provided support to improve the design of Digitec promotional materials and provided assistance for printing the initial set of those materials. |
